If your St. Benedict ministry or St. Benedict organization is planning an event that you would like to be publicized in some forum other than the weekly bulletin, please complete the following form. Please be aware of the following:

• Information must be submitted a timely manner.  Publication leads vary from 1-3 weeks.
• If you would like this to appear in the weekly bulletin, you must submit your information to the church office.
• Publications choose what they will print.  There is no guarantee that your event will be published in all or any of the news media, but we will do our best.
• This form is only for ministries and organizations belonging to St. Benedict the Abbot Church.
• If you want information published in the church bulletin, please see the Bulletin Guidelines for Submitting Articles/Notices.

We typically advertise in the Almanac, Post-Gazette South, Observer-Reporter, Pittsburgh Catholic News, and PT Cable.  Remember, each media has their own deadline. Your group’s information must be sent in a timely manner.
