Organizational Meeting

There will be an organizational meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 7:00 pm in room 210

We need and want as many volunteers possible to make this the best picnic ever. Please come and help/give you input. New faces are always welcome, as are our somewhat older familiar faces. This is a great way to meet new people and renew old friendships.

We need help in all areas—Ethnic Food Booths, Bake Sale, Games, Drinks Booths, Crafts, Set Up and Take Down, raffles, registration, etc.
