End of Unit Review
Choose the unit that the student has completed. When the student finishes the review, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. The review will be automatically sent to the Faith Formation office.
Alternative PDF End of Unit Reviews
To complete these reviews, click on the link for the unit that the student has completed and fill out the review on the computer and save the file on your computer. You must print the review and return it to Faith Formation Office.
