These are prayer flags that were created by our 2009 Confirmation Candidates at their Days of Reflection held in September and October. (Part of their preparation for the sacrament). Groups of students composed their prayers based on the “7 Gifts of the Spirit” which they would receive on their Confirmation Day. The idea is that the wind (a symbol of the Holy Spirit) would take their prayers throughout our community.
