Ben's Men
St. Benedict's Men's Club
Our Men's Club has grown from 36 active members to 182 members, who in turn support 26 committees. Ben's Men have their monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month, September through May.
We serve our parish community with spiritual awareness, social interaction and service to others. Come Join Us!
Ben’s Men will meet on Monday, November 10, beginning with a social at 6:30 pm, followed by dinner featuring a “Fall Comfort Menu” at 7:00 pm.
Rev. Fr. John Haney, Pastor of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin, Whitehall, will be offer a presentation on Tithing at 8:00 pm. Fr. Haney is known as a priest’s priest and a pastor who has been greatly involved in the success of St. Gabriel Parish and their school which is known because it is a tuition—free parochial school! He has served as pastor of St. Gabriel’s for a number of our diocesan priests, including our own parochial vicar Fr. Michael Ruffalo. Please join us in welcoming Fr. Haney as he speaks to us about the importance of tithing our time, talent and treasure to God in service to the Church.
